Eric Judor discusses new film and social issues

French comedian Eric Judor has shared his thoughts on current social and sporting figures in recent interviews. During an appearance on the show Clique, Judor expressed deep admiration for Zinedine Zidane, jokingly suggesting a name change to ‘Vinédine Vidane’ to reflect the football legend’s history of success and glory.

In an interview with La Tribune Dimanche, Judor also addressed the ongoing student protest movement in France. He described the mobilization of high school students as ‘fabulous,’ noting that it reflects a generation struggling to find hope amidst concerns regarding climate change and global conflicts.

On the professional front, Judor is preparing for the release of his new film, ‘Le Roi du Game,’ scheduled for October 21. The comedy, which marks his return to directing after nine years, stars Judor alongside Alexandra Lamy and Marc Labrèche. The plot follows a father who infiltrates a medieval role-playing community to find his daughter.
