Former ECW tag‑team champion Mustafa Saed made a surprise entrance but was the first competitor eliminated. After a chaotic match with weapons and surprise entrants, Eric Young emerged victorious by delivering a low blow to Elijah on the apron, securing his status as the new number‑one contender.

The same show also saw Cedric Alexander defeat Leon Slater in a 2‑out‑of‑3‑falls match to capture the TNA X‑Division Championship. Additional announcements included Indi Hartwell re‑signing with TNA, a scheduled title bout between Santana and Steve Maclin on May 21, and an Ultimate X match for the X‑Division title at Slammiversary 2026 in Boston on June 28.
