Erick Thohir reports bureaucratic progress at Indonesia's Ministry of Youth and Sports

Indonesian Minister of Youth and Sports, Erick Thohir, expressed gratitude to President Prabowo Subianto for the mandate to implement bureaucratic transformation within the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora). Thohir noted that this transformation is part of a broader presidential directive applied across all ministries and agencies to improve government governance.

The ministry has reported two significant achievements resulting from these reforms. First, Kemenpora's performance rating has reached 83 percent according to assessments by the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform. Second, the ministry has once again received an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) from the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK), which Thohir cited as evidence of improved internal management and transparency.
