Dino Merlin’s three‑night Koševo concerts attract 200,000 fans

Singer Dino Merlin staged three consecutive concerts at Sarajevo’s Koševo Stadium, drawing roughly 150,000‑200,000 attendees over three nights. The shows featured elaborate visual production, fireworks, laser effects and a drone light‑show that formed a silhouette of late folk legend Halid Bešlić. Guest performers Senidah and Ivana Banfić joined Merlin on stage for duets, and Merlin dedicated a heartfelt speech to his wife Ameli and to Bešlić.

The events generated a significant economic boost for the city, with hotel occupancy reaching 99 % and local businesses reporting high demand. Organisers later confirmed that the stadium’s pitch would be ready for a Bosnian Premier League match the following weekend, underscoring the concerts’ logistical scale.
