Erika Kolesnichenko to represent Ukraine at Junior Eurovision 2026

Erika Kolesnichenko has been selected to represent Ukraine at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2026. Following a national selection organized by the Ukrainian broadcaster Suspilne, Kolesnichenko secured her position after receiving the highest number of public votes in a tie with Zlata Solonenko.

Kolesnichenko will perform the song ‘NE kolyskova (NOT A LULLABY)’. Suspilne recently released promotional photoshoot imagery for the entry, which featured a handmade fantasy set designed by Danylo Demyekhin and Anastasia Zelenska. The performance is being overseen by Lesya Podolyanko and Ilya Osyadly.

The 2026 contest is scheduled to take place on October 24 at the Malta Fairs & Conventions Centre (MFCC) in Ta’ Qali. Malta will host 16 competing delegations under the theme ‘United By Music’.
