Çerkezköy Municipality launches autumn sports courses

Çerkezköy Municipality has launched its traditional Autumn Term Sports Courses, offering training across 18 different branches. The program is designed for children, youth, and adults, featuring a wide range of activities including team sports, dance, and defense sports.

For adults, the curriculum includes English, Italian, and German language lessons, as well as volleyball, pilates, Latin and folk dances, sign language, zumba, sirtaki, and specialized close combat training for women. Children's programs include basketball and gymnastics for ages 6-8, freestyle dance, karate, and volleyball for ages 7-12, football for ages 7-13, and taekwondo for ages 8-12.

Mayor Vahap Akay stated that the municipality prioritizes sports and is working to create sports areas throughout the city to provide activities for all segments of society. The courses, which began on October 5, are scheduled to conclude on December 25.
