ERL Immobiliengruppe expands senior living in Gottfrieding

The ERL Immobiliengruppe is expanding its senior living offerings in Gottfrieding through a new construction project. The second phase of the development at Gottfriedingerschwaige will consist of 136 assisted living units, designed as modern one- and two-room apartments.

The project is a collaboration with Pichlmayr Wohn- und Pflegeheime GmbH, which will manage the operations and provide 24-hour nursing care. The development aims to provide high-quality, barrier-free housing with the option for residents to receive support services based on their specific needs. The opening is scheduled for mid-2028.
