Erling Haaland buys luxury villa in Abu Dhabi development

Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has purchased a luxury five-bedroom villa in Abu Dhabi as part of the ‘Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana’ project. The development is a joint venture between Ohana Development and Manchester City, featuring a football academy, sports facilities, and club-branded amenities.

Haaland’s father, Alfie Inge Haaland, has also purchased a property within the same complex, making the two neighbors. The project, located near Yas Canal, is expected to be completed in phases through 2029. Former Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has been introduced as an official ambassador for the residential project.

While specific prices for Haaland’s villa were not disclosed, property values in the complex reportedly range from approximately £700,000 to £2 million. This real estate acquisition comes at a time when Manchester City is facing scrutiny from an independent commission regarding alleged breaches of Premier League financial regulations.
