Erling Haaland wins 2026 Instagram Rings Award

Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has been named one of the 25 winners of the 2026 Instagram Rings Awards. The award, introduced by Instagram in 2025, recognizes creators for their originality, creativity, and cultural influence rather than just follower counts.

As a winner, Haaland’s Instagram profile features exclusive customizations, including a blue background and a golden ring around his Stories. The selection was made by a jury including figures such as Donatella Versace, A$AP Rocky, FINNEAS, and Chloé Zhao.

Haaland was recognized for his ability to blend his professional football career with a social media presence characterized by humor and spontaneous content. Other winners of the 2026 awards include designer Salehe Bembury, comedian Kareem Rahma, and photographer Renell Medrano.
