Ernesto Löffler donates second volume of Tierra del Fuego Constitution to Legislative Library

Dr. Ernesto Adrián Löffler, a judge of the Superior Tribunal of Justice, has donated the second volume of the commented Constitution of the Province of Tierra del Fuego, Antarctica, and South Atlantic Islands to the Legislative Library.

The work, titled ‘Constitución de la Provincia de Tierra del Fuego, Antártida e Islas del Atlántico Sur, comentada, anotada y concordada’, was directed by Löffler and coordinated by Francisco José Cappellotti, with contributions from legal professionals Mariana Sánchez Caparrós, Julieta Frick, and Paola Mangialavori.

Löffler described the Constitution as a ‘living instrument’ that evolves alongside society through judicial interpretation. He emphasized the importance of maintaining and expanding libraries to ensure access to legal doctrine and knowledge. The donation follows the release of the first volume in 2021.
