Eros Innovation and Thakers High Tech Form Strategic AI and Semiconductor Partnership for India

Eros Innovation, a global sovereign AI and cultural intelligence firm, and Indian company Thakers High Tech LLP announced a strategic collaboration to research, develop and commercialise next‑generation technologies. The partnership covers sovereign AI foundation models, cultural intelligence, semiconductor and AI hardware, space technologies, defence AI, preventive healthcare AI and digital public infrastructure, targeting both Indian and global markets.

Kishore Lulla, Founder and Executive Chairman of Eros Innovation, said the alliance aims to build trusted, sovereign technologies that combine world‑class AI with India’s cultural and scientific strengths. Pinakin Thaker, Founder of Thakers High Tech, highlighted the combined expertise in semiconductor design, embedded systems, aerospace and space technologies, noting the collaboration will accelerate innovation across strategic sectors. The joint effort also supports the creation of the Eros Institute for Sovereign Intelligence, a research initiative intended to bring together universities, research institutions, government bodies and industry partners.

The partnership builds on Thakers’ previous work with India’s Space Applications Centre, ISRO, IN‑SPACe and other government agencies, reinforcing India’s vision of technological self‑reliance.
