Eros Ramazzotti celebrates birthday

Italian singer Eros Ramazzotti is celebrating his birthday. Born in Rome in 1963, the artist has established himself as one of Italy’s most successful performers, with a career spanning 16 studio albums and over 80 million records sold.

Ramazzotti rose to prominence through the Sanremo Music Festival, winning the young performers category in 1984 with ‘Terra promessa’ and later securing the main prize with ‘Adesso tu’. His music, characterized by romantic ballads performed in both Italian and Spanish, has earned him a massive international following.

His personal life has also drawn public interest, including his marriage to Swiss presenter Michelle Hunziker, with whom he has a daughter, Aurora, and his past relationship with Serbian model Nina Seničar.
