Eros Ramazzotti commemorates 1984 Sanremo Music Festival victory

Italian singer-songwriter Eros Ramazzotti recently shared a nostalgic social media post commemorating his first victory at the Sanremo Music Festival. He posted a photo of the ‘leoncino’ award he received in 1984 after performing ‘Terra promessa’ in the ‘Nuove proposte’ section.

Ramazzotti later returned to the festival in 1986 in the ‘Campioni’ category, where he secured first place with the song ‘Adesso tu’. To mark the 40th anniversary of his initial win, he was invited by Carlo Conti to perform at the Ariston stage to celebrate his career milestones.
