Erpuzice hosts fourth annual strudel competition and charity fundraiser

The fourth annual strudel competition was held in Erpuzice, featuring a variety of sweet and savory entries. Michal Mecar took first place with a pork and cabbage roll, followed by Rosťa Vespalec in second place with a liquid strudel variant, and Růža Holubová in third with an apple and nut dessert.

Beyond the competition, the event raised 8,000 CZK to support families affected by a fire in the village of Bezverov. Contributions were made by contestants, spectators of a football match, local mothers, and the football players themselves.
