Ersan Gülmez faces investigation over employee dispute

Ersan Gülmez, owner of the jewelry company Ersan Diamond, is under investigation following a dispute with employees during a company meeting.

Three employees, identified as T.U., R.A., and Y.S., filed complaints with the police, alleging that Gülmez used profanity and made threats and insults against them during the meeting.

Gülmez has also provided a statement to authorities, filing a counter-complaint. He alleges that an employee named T.K. threatened and insulted him, though he stated he has no complaints against the other individuals involved. An investigation into the allegations of threats and insults is currently underway.
