ERT prepares premiere of new comedy series ‘Koutsoupies’

ERT is preparing to premiere its new daily comedy series, ‘Koutsoupies’, on Monday, October 5, 2026, at 19:00 on ERT1. The show is based on an idea by Dina Kassou, with a script by Andreas Dedalos and Nikolas Stavropodis, and directed by Vicky Manoli.

Set in a small, depopulating village in Thessaly located between Larissa and Karditsa, the plot follows a group of Athenians who move to the Greek countryside to revitalize the community.

Filming began in late July and involves two crews working simultaneously. Production takes place at Kapa Studios in Spata, the Nasioutzik Estate, and the canals of Karditsa to capture the authentic atmosphere of the Greek provinces.
