Erykah Badu cancels five European tour dates

Singer Erykah Badu has canceled five dates of her European tour due to “unforeseen circumstances.” The canceled performances include October 18 in Paris, October 19 and 20 in Milan, October 23 in Sofia, and October 25 in Katowice.

In a statement, Badu expressed regret for the disruption, noting that she “sincerely apologizes to fans affected by these changes and recognizes the time, effort and travel many have committed to attending.”

Other scheduled performances remain unchanged, including shows in London, Amsterdam, Brussels, and Basel. Notably, her Baloise Session concert in Basel has been moved forward from October 27 to October 15. The tour is part of a celebration for the 25th anniversary of her album, Mama’s Gun.
