Erzincan vocational students provide free tractor maintenance

Teachers and students from the Erzincan Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School are conducting a social responsibility project to provide free periodic maintenance and inspections for farmers' tractors.

Operating in the Terzibaba neighborhood, the team inspects essential components including antifreeze, oil, batteries, brakes, lights, signals, wiper fluid, and electrical systems. The initiative allows students to apply theoretical classroom knowledge to practical, real-world scenarios, enhancing their professional skills while supporting local producers.

Deniz Tümyıldız, Head of the Automotive Technologies Department, noted that the project aims to identify potential faults following the harvest to prevent costly repairs. While the project is currently in a pilot phase, organizers plan to expand the service to other villages and towns based on demand.
