The program offers a 20 % grant on tractor purchases combined with a seven‑year interest‑free repayment plan. Officials attending the event included Deputy Governor Orhan Ayaz, MP Abdurrahim Fırat, Oltu District Governor Mustafa Çelik, and Forest Directorate Director Serkan Karakurt, who highlighted the project’s aim to boost production capacity, raise incomes and support rural development.
