Erzurum Technical University signs postgraduate education agreements with local agencies
Erzurum Technical University (ETÜ) signed two cooperation protocols to allow staff of local public institutions to enroll in its master's and doctoral programmes. The first agreement, signed by ETÜ Rector Prof. Dr. Bülent Çakmak and Erzurum Rölöve and Monuments Directorate head Tümer Eslek, gives the directorate’s personnel access to ETÜ’s postgraduate courses.
The second protocol, also signed by Prof. Dr. Çakmak and TÜİK Erzurum Regional Directorate head Mehmet Fatih Temuçin, extends the same opportunity to staff of the Turkey Statistics Institute’s Erzurum branch. Both agreements aim to strengthen university‑public sector collaboration, support the academic development of civil‑service employees, and enhance institutional capacity in the region.
