Erzurum Unveils Pre‑School Education Programme Under Turkey’s Century Education Model

The Erzurum National Education Academy hosted the opening of a pre‑school education programme that is part of the Turkey’s Century Education Model. The ceremony began with a solemn tribute and the national anthem, after which a teacher‑training seminar was held.

Ministry officials attending the event were Ebubekir Sıddık Savaşçı, General Director of Basic Education at the Ministry of National Education, and Süleyman Ekici, Provincial Director of Education for Erzurum. They stressed the model’s focus on holistic child development and described early childhood education as a critical stage for shaping children’s futures. After the programme, officials took a commemorative photo and conducted a question‑and‑answer session with teachers to gather feedback.
