Esaad card benefits extended to Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship students

The Dubai Police Esaad Card Centre and the Hamdan bin Mohammed Scholarship Programme have signed a memorandum of cooperation to extend Esaad card benefits to scholarship recipients. The agreement was finalized during the orientation for the programme’s third cohort of students.

Under this partnership, high-achieving Emirati students will gain access to exclusive offers and discounts across various sectors, including healthcare, education, tourism, entertainment, and commerce. These benefits are available both within the United Arab Emirates and internationally, providing practical support for students studying locally or abroad.

The initiative, signed by Colonel Salah Al Marzouqi and Dr. Amna Almaazmi in the presence of KHDA Director General Aisha Miran, aligns with the UAE and Dubai governments' strategic priorities to support academic excellence and place people at the center of development. It also supports the goals of the Education 33 (E33) Strategy.
