ESB Kranverleih updates fleet and management in Germany

ESB Kranverleih Transport u. Hebetechnik GmbH, a family-run crane hire company based near Biberach, Germany, has expanded its fleet with a new 55-tonne Liebherr LTM 1055-3. 3. This model marks the company’s first acquisition featuring the LICCON3 control system.

The addition of the three-axle crane is intended to improve maneuverability for narrow regional sites and urban environments. The company is also undergoing a management transition, with Larissa Maurer joining the leadership team to represent the third generation of the Engeser family.

ESB currently operates eleven Liebherr mobile cranes ranging from 35 to 230 tonnes. The company plans further fleet modernization in the second half of the year by replacing a 130-tonne unit with a 150-tonne crane.
