ESBAŞ named one of Europe’s 100 best companies to work for

ESBAŞ (Ege Serbest Bölge Kurucu ve İşleticisi A. Ş.) has been named one of the ‘Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For in Europe 2026’. This recognition is the result of a collaboration between Great Place To Work and Fortune Europe.

ESBAŞ is one of only four companies from Turkey to appear on the list. The ranking is based on a comprehensive study involving over 1.5 million anonymous survey responses representing more than 2.4 million employees across Europe. The evaluation criteria focused on employee experience, trust, professional development opportunities, and supportive corporate culture.

This marks the third time ESBAŞ has been included in this European list, following previous recognitions in 2022 and 2023. Within Turkey, the company has been selected as a top employer six times.
