Escon announces new real estate developments in Toyota and Ibaraki

Escon has announced two significant real estate developments in Japan. In Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, the company has commenced construction on ‘Le Jade Toyota Terrace’, the first phase of a large-scale mixed-use project known as ‘ORINAS TOYOTA’. Scheduled for completion in February 2029, the project will integrate residential zones consisting of three apartment blocks with commercial zones designed for daily necessities, such as supermarkets. The development includes a central plaza intended for community events.

Additionally, Escon has acquired new business land in Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture, for a residential development project tentatively named the ‘Ibaraki City Ogawa-cho Project’. The site is located within walking distance of three major stations: JR Ibaraki, Hankyu Ibaraki-shi, and Minami-Ibaraki. This location offers direct access to major hubs like Osaka Umeda and Kyoto Kawaramachi, situated near existing commercial facilities and community amenities.
