Esenyurt municipal projects move toward completion
Esenyurt Deputy Mayor Can Aksoy has conducted inspections of several ongoing municipal projects aimed at completing long-standing unfinished developments in the district.
Key educational investments include the Durmuş Döven School in Barbaros Hayrettin Paşa Neighborhood. The 24-classroom facility is nearing completion and is intended to increase classroom capacity and improve the quality of education by reducing the number of students per classroom.
Regarding religious and social infrastructure, work is progressing on the Yıldız Mosque in Zafer Neighborhood. Once finished, the mosque will be the largest in Esenyurt, covering 4,923 square meters and accommodating 2,276 worshippers simultaneously. The complex will also include a Quran course and social facilities. Additionally, construction continues on the Haramidere Cemevi in Mehterçeşme Neighborhood, which is designed to include multi-purpose meeting halls for cultural activities.
Aksoy also reviewed road and sidewalk improvements on Hacı Bayram Veli Avenue following the completion of local infrastructure works.
