Esh Hotel & Spa project unveiled in Nosara, Costa Rica

The Esh Hotel & Spa, a 29‑room destination development, is being built on a sloping site in Nosara, Costa Rica. Designed by the architectural firm FAMM Arquitectura with interior work by Sulkin Askenazi, the 3,700 m² project preserves existing trees, a natural stream, and incorporates garden courtyards, shaded outdoor areas and water features to create an internal landscape.

Architects Mariano Mesalles and Felipe Apéstegui lead the design, while the construction emphasizes wood, glass and concrete materials. The hotel is scheduled for completion in 2024 and aims to offer a resort experience that is rooted in the site's own topography rather than distant views.
