Česká Lípa to host Speed Festival with vehicle displays and road closures

The Speed Festival is scheduled to take place in the center of Česká Lípa from September 11 to September 13, 2026. The event will feature a variety of vehicles, including fast cars, vintage automobiles, and motorcycles.

Due to the scale of the event, several road closures and parking restrictions will be in effect. Major streets such as Mikulášské náměstí, T. G. Masaryka, and Moskevská will be closed from the evening of Friday, September 11, until late Sunday, September 13. Several large parking lots, including those near KD Crystal and the winter stadium, will also be inaccessible during this period.

Public transport will be affected, with specific bus lines (202, 205, 206, 218, 224, 225, and 234) facing service changes. On Saturday, September 12, certain stops including Moskevská, Svatého Kříže, Erbenova, and Sokolská will not be served, with replacement stops provided at Purkyňova – nemocnice and U Jezu.
