Komerční banka saw net profit fall 3.3 % to CZK 8.5 billion despite a 5.8 % rise in operating profit to CZK 10 billion. The bank plans to pay a dividend equal to 80 % of consolidated net profit. Loan volume grew 10 % year‑on‑year to CZK 945.8 billion, with new housing loans up 92.7 % to CZK 61.6 billion.

Erste Group reported a 18.6 % increase in net profit to €1.975 billion, supported by higher interest margins and a 21.8 % rise in total loan volume across its Central‑and‑Eastern‑European footprint.

Raiffeisenbank’s net profit slipped 5 % to CZK 5.41 billion while total assets rose 22.6 % year‑on‑year to CZK 966 billion, reflecting strong deposit growth and expanded lending to households and businesses.
