Eskişehir Porsuk Festival celebrates art and music
The International Eskişehir Porsuk Festival, organized by the Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality as part of the ‘2026 Eskişehir Year’ celebrations, is currently underway. Under the motto ‘Porsuk Flows, the World Meets in Eskişehir,’ the event features a wide array of art, music, sports, and cinema activities centered around the Porsuk River.
Recent highlights include river yoga sessions, art workshops such as the ‘Sculpture from Waste’ atelier, and international art collaborations like the ‘River Knights.’ Musical performances have featured various artists, including the rock group Salt and the band Mor ve Ötesi, who performed a large-scale concert at Kentpark accompanied by the Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Symphony Orchestra.
Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ayşe Ünlüce has visited several festival sites, including Sümerpark, to engage with citizens and inspect the works on display. The festival aims to promote the city's cultural, social, and economic values while bringing together diverse cultures and artistic disciplines.
