Eskişehir resident travels 4,000 km on electric unicycles

Muhammet Çetin, a 60-year-old resident of the Tepebaşı district in Eskişehir, has adopted the electric unicycle as his primary mode of transportation. Inspired by his grandchildren's use of two-wheeled hoverboards, Çetin began learning to ride approximately 1.5 years ago.

After practicing in open fields to master balance, Çetin now uses the device for daily errands and travel to the city center. He has utilized two different models during this period, recording a total distance of 4,000 kilometers. His current larger model features an advanced suspension system, can reach speeds of 65 kilometers per hour, and offers a range of 100 kilometers on a single charge.

To ensure safety, Çetin wears a helmet and gloves while riding. He noted that his larger model alone has accounted for 2,500 kilometers of his total travel.
