Eskişehir truck‑van collision leaves driver in critical condition
A traffic collision occurred at a junction in the Yaşamkent neighbourhood of Odunpazarı, Eskişehir, Turkey. A van (license plate 35 DC 7407) driven by Ş. A. collided with a light commercial vehicle (license plate 26 ACN 749) driven by G. C. at the intersection of 1561 Cadde and 1676 Sokak. The impact caused extensive material damage to both vehicles.
Three people were injured: the van driver, a passenger in the van, and the driver of the light commercial vehicle. The driver of the light commercial vehicle, G. C., was taken to Eskişehir Osmangazi University Hospital in critical condition. The other two injured persons were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment. Police and emergency medical teams responded to the scene, and a broad investigation was launched to determine the cause of the crash. Traffic flow was restored after the damaged vehicles were removed.
