Eskişehirspor and Erciyes 38 FK detail pre‑season preparations in Turkey's TFF 3. Lig

Eskişehirspor, aiming for the TFF 3. Lig Group 2 title, began its pre‑season on 20 July with training sessions and U19 friendly matches. The senior squad will face Muşspor at the Afyonkarahisar Zafer Sports Complex on 31 July, a test for coach Hakan Şapçı to assess tactics, organization and the performance of young players. After the match the team will return to Eskişehir, train on Sunday and then start a nine‑day camp in Bolu that includes four additional preparation games.

Erciyes 38 FK announced a new youth‑development structure, appointing experienced coach Orhan Ülke as head of the academy. Club president Latif Ersoy highlighted the importance of the academy for Kayseri’s future talent. The technical staff also includes UEFA‑licensed coaches Mustafa Esmeray, Gökmen Başoğlu, Emin Altındağ, Serdar Bostan and goalkeeper trainer Cengiz Balcioğlu, each with extensive experience in Turkish youth football.
