Esperanza joins MUNA initiative to strengthen youth policies
The Municipality of Esperanza has officially joined the 'Municipio Unido por la Niñez y Adolescencia' (MUNA) initiative. This program, driven by UNICEF and supported by a cooperation agreement between the Province of Santa Fe and UNICEF, aims to strengthen the capacity of local governments to design, implement, and evaluate public policies that guarantee the rights of children and adolescents.
Through this incorporation, Esperanza will undergo a diagnostic and planning process to identify the specific needs of local youth. The initiative provides technical assistance from UNICEF, training, and opportunities for experience exchange with other local governments to improve policy monitoring and evaluation.
In a related effort to promote youth engagement, the 'Decisión Niñez' program in Brandsen has reached a new stage, where young people presented community improvement projects. This program encourages children and adolescents to transform their ideas into concrete local actions, fostering active participation in community life.
