Esporte Clube Bahia and PUMA unveil indigenous-inspired third kit

Esporte Clube Bahia and PUMA Brasil have unveiled the club’s new third kit for the 26-27 campaign. Developed under the theme “O Brasil sempre esteve aqui” (Brazil was always here), the jersey is a collaborative project with the Indigenous Federation of the Pataxó and Tupinambá Nations of Far Southern Bahia (FINPAT).

The design incorporates cultural symbolism, featuring a tonal pattern inspired by traditional Pataxó necklaces. The color palette uses blue to represent the ocean and waters central to the Pataxó people, while gold accents symbolize Tawá (yellow clay) and the riches of the land. The kit is scheduled to debut in a Campeonato Brasileiro match against Remo.
