Espírito Santo Football Federation holds teamwork training for staff

The Espírito Santo Football Federation (FES) held a lecture for its mobile staff and collaborators at its headquarters in Vitória. Titled ‘The Mind in Play: Communication and teamwork in sports institutions’, the session was led by sports psychologist João Vitor Pazini.

The training focused on institutional communication pillars, including active listening, assertiveness, and psychological safety. Pazini emphasized that the performance of the institution's staff should mirror the teamwork seen in athletes. He noted that while players compete on the field, the staff is responsible for preparing the environment, such as managing police presence, ambulance structures, match punctuality, and attendance calculations.

The goal of the initiative was to improve collective decision-making and problem-solving during critical moments of match operations.
