Espírito Santo real estate market sees growth and new investment
The real estate market in Espírito Santo is experiencing significant growth and new investment. According to the 47th Real Estate Census by Sinduscon-ES for the first half of 2026, Vila Velha has emerged as the primary hub in the Greater Vitória metropolitan area. The municipality holds 10,653 units in production, accounting for nearly half of the total stock surveyed in the region. This represents a 12.2% increase compared to January 2026 and a 24.1% increase since July 2025.
In a separate development, the forestry sector group ABR Brasil has entered the real estate incorporation market through its new operation, ABR Empreendimentos Imobiliários. The group plans to invest R$ 150 million over the next five years in the state. Their initial projects include the Reserva Aracruz, a high-end condominium with an estimated sales value (VGV) of up to R$ 370 million across two phases, and a project in Guarapari. The expansion in Aracruz coincides with industrial growth in the municipality, including the arrival of the GWM factory and the Imetame Port.
