Espro and Ancar Ivanhoe launch free professional training in Brazil

Espro (Ensino Social Profissionalizante) and shopping center management firm Ancar Ivanhoe have renewed their partnership to launch three new classes of the Horizontes Program. The initiative provides free professional training for young people aged 18 to 24 in the Brazilian cities of Fortaleza, Rio de Janeiro, and Brasília.

The curriculum focuses on essential workplace competencies, including digital literacy, collaboration, critical thinking, and communication. Each training course consists of 60 sessions, with participants attending four hours daily.

Upon completion, participants are added to the Espro talent pool, which connects job seekers to apprenticeship programs, internships, and entry-level positions at more than 2,600 partner companies. The programs in Fortaleza and Brasília are scheduled to run from late September through mid-December, while the Rio de Janeiro session begins slightly earlier on September 22.
