Esquel hosts Patagonia Wood Fair to support forest-industrial sector

The Patagonia Wood Fair (FEDEMAD) has launched a new edition in Esquel, supported by the Chubut provincial government. The event serves as a meeting point for institutions, companies, professionals, and students within the forest-industrial sector to share knowledge and innovations regarding wood use.

Attended by provincial secretaries of Science and Technology, Forests, and Labor, as well as local officials, the fair aims to strengthen the Patagonian forest industry. The initiative focuses on promoting exchange and linking various stages of production, transformation, and wood utilization to increase economic and ecological value through sustainable development.
