Essex Police seize 13 supercars on M11 motorway

Essex Police seized 13 high‑performance supercars, including Lamborghinis, a Ferrari and a Porsche, after multiple reports of dangerous and anti‑social driving on the M11 motorway near Junction 8. Witnesses said the convoy accelerated at high speed, then braked heavily, used the hard shoulder and disrupted traffic flow. Officers stopped the vehicles, issued 13 warnings and identified several offences for further investigation. Sergeant Will Willsher said the behaviour “potentially placed other road users at serious risk”. The force urged anyone with footage or information to contact them, quoting incident 955 of July 28.
