Estée Lauder and Nykaa launch fifth year of BEAUTY&YOU India

The Estée Lauder Companies, through its early-stage investment arm New Incubation Ventures, has launched the fifth edition of BEAUTY&YOU India. Developed in partnership with Nykaa, the program is designed to scout emerging beauty brands, technologies, and creative concepts at an early stage.

The 2026 edition is expanding its scope to include fragrance innovation, design talent, ingredients, and new beauty technologies, alongside existing brands and pre-launch concepts. For founders, the program offers capital, mentorship, distribution support, and access to a global beauty business. Winners may also receive opportunities to test ideas commercially or develop them through collaborations with Estée Lauder Companies brands.

Since its inception in 2022, the program has received nearly 2,500 applications from over 150 cities globally, with women entrepreneurs making up the majority of applicants.
