Estée Lauder deploys Microsoft Copilot to 14,000 employees

Estée Lauder has announced a partnership with Microsoft to integrate artificial intelligence and cloud technology into its global operations. As part of this initiative, the cosmetics company is rolling out Microsoft Copilot to more than 14,000 office employees worldwide.

The project aims to establish a central data foundation, referred to internally as the ‘One Operating Ecosystem’. This initiative is designed to break down data silos and standardize information across the organization, allowing the company to translate data insights into strategic decisions and improved operational productivity.
