Esteghlal FC focuses on strengthening attack despite strong defense

Esteghlal FC has demonstrated strong defensive performance in the early stages of the current Premier League season. In the first seven weeks of the league and following a Champions League match against Al Sadd, the team has conceded only one goal, which occurred during a match against Persepolis.

Despite this defensive stability, the technical staff has identified the attacking phase as a primary area for improvement. The coaching staff aims to increase tactical diversity and goal-scoring consistency, as the team has struggled to convert opportunities into goals. Efforts are being made to ensure that the offensive burden does not rely solely on Yaser Asani, seeking more contributions from other attacking players to stabilize the team's performance in upcoming matches.
