Estelí families receive 147 new homes in Nuevas Victorias

The Nicaraguan government, through the Institute of Urban and Rural Housing (INVUR), has delivered 147 new homes to families in Estelí. The project, located in the Nuevas Victorias Integral Urbanization, was completed over an 18-month period.

Each home measures approximately 40 square meters and includes two bedrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area. The houses feature ceramic flooring, LED lighting, and panoramic windows. The surrounding urbanization includes paved streets, pedestrian sidewalks, a water distribution network, and public lighting.

To facilitate access, the government provided a $3,500 down payment bonus. Financing includes a fixed-rate mortgage of 7.25%, a six-month grace period, and monthly installments of approximately $130.
