Two companies have submitted bids to construct 199 subsidized housing units (VPO) in Estepona, Spain. The project is located on two municipal plots near Camino de Cortes.

The development is divided into two distinct phases: one promotion consisting of 160 homes and another consisting of 39 homes. This initiative is part of a municipal effort to increase the availability of affordable housing in the region.

The Estepona City Council will now enter an administrative phase to analyze the documentation provided by the bidders and ensure they meet all requirements. Following this evaluation, the proposals will be assessed based on the criteria established in the tender to determine the winning companies.
