Estevan Police Service reports sexual assault arrest and stolen vehicle recovery

The Estevan Police Service (EPS) reported several incidents on August 30, 2026. A 36-year-old male was arrested and charged with sexual assault, sexual interference, and distributing sexually explicit images to a minor following an investigation into an incident from earlier in the month.

Other police activities included the arrest of an individual for breaching a court-ordered condition while intoxicated, and the arrest of a female for public intoxication following a disturbance at a hospital.

Additionally, officers responded to a property dispute involving a separating couple, a two-vehicle collision with no injuries, and a burglar alarm at a financial institution. Police also located a stolen vehicle from Estevan that had been abandoned and damaged; forensic officers are processing the scene to identify those involved.
