Estonian entrepreneurship events focus on innovation and urban solutions

Various entrepreneurship and innovation events were held in Estonia to foster economic growth and problem-solving. In Otepää, the “Tulevik ei küsi luba” conference brought together approximately 100 participants to discuss economic outlooks, artificial intelligence applications in automation, and the potential uses of fungi in health and environmental sectors.

In Tallinn, the “Tulevikutegijale” hackathon and mentorship day engaged young people in addressing six specific urban challenges. Participants developed solutions ranging from primary school training programs to elderly assistance services and improvements to Old Town landscaping. The most successful ideas received awards from a 3,000 euro fund and the opportunity to enter incubation programs to further develop their concepts.
