Estra ranks highest in Altroconsumo energy supplier study

Estra has achieved high rankings in a new Altroconsumo investigation regarding electricity and gas suppliers. The study, which analyzed contractual documentation and the experiences of nearly 7,000 members, evaluated 22 operators.

Estra received 91 out of 100 points for its contractual conditions, the highest score among the analyzed providers. The company also scored 80 points for bill transparency, moving from a ‘good’ to an ‘excellent’ rating over the last year. Additionally, only 9% of Estra customers reported issues in the last twelve months, the lowest percentage recorded in the study.

Company leadership, including President Francesco Macrì and CEO Nicola Ciolini, noted that these results reflect the company’s commitment to transparency and consumer dialogue, including their voluntary self-regulation protocol regarding contracts and unsolicited activations.
