Estrelas da Casa premieres with Anitta and Junior Lima

The musical reality show ‘Estrelas da Casa’ premiered on TV Globo with a focus on the Pop genre, featuring singer Anitta as a mentor and Junior Lima as a mentor. The debut resulted in the formation of a 12-member group through a combination of public voting and selection by Junior Lima.

Anitta’s participation quickly went viral due to her blunt critiques. She provided technical feedback regarding musical production, noting that excessive volume levels occasionally drowned out vocal performances. She also criticized the contestants' styling, suggesting that as adults, they should dress more maturely rather than looking like teenagers.

Host Ana Clara confirmed that Anitta has ‘carta branca’ (full freedom) to express her opinions without restriction. Meanwhile, Junior Lima shared personal reflections on his career, discussing his journey of self-knowledge and the impact of public scrutiny on his mental health.
