ESTsoft to launch personal AI agent ‘Al-Biseo’ in H2

ESTsoft has announced the upcoming launch of ‘Al-Biseo’, a personal AI agent designed to be installed directly on PCs. Unlike cloud-based chatbots, this agent is built to understand a user’s local file system, schedules, and application workflows to perform specific tasks.

Scheduled for release in the second half of this year, the service will initially focus on chatbot functions, including a ‘Deep Research’ feature for comparative information gathering. It will also feature a ‘Skill Wish Store’ to connect with external applications. Future updates are expected to include multimodal capabilities, voice-based interaction, and specialized search functions for fields such as patents, legal precedents, and real estate.

To improve accessibility, the service will include an ‘AI Human Mode’ to assist elderly users with medication and daily schedules. ESTsoft aims to leverage its existing software user base to reach a target of 10 million monthly active users (MAU) by 2030. The company plans to manage operational costs by utilizing Small Language Models (SLM) for repetitive tasks while reserving high-performance models for complex reasoning.
